small room missing soundproofing
The room was surprisingly small (considering it was supposed to be a Superior room). Storage space was minimal, leaving us tripping over our bags. the soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear every conversation in the hallway and what I believe was a VERY enthusiastic TV show next door.

warm greetings unique style perfect location cute host
The receptionist provided warm greetings. The hotel exhibits a beautifully unique style. I found its location perfect. It is near the sea, grocery stores, and the city center. The host was cute and friendly. I also considered them helpful. I especially appreciated them being so knowledgeable.
I observed the breakfast selection could offer a little more variety.

The staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the television remote. The team resolved it within fifteen minutes. I observed their commitment to guest satisfaction and I also noticed efficient problem-solving.

hidden fee unhelpful staff
I faced some issues . The staff was not as helpful as I had hoped. I requested a late checkout and was told it was possible but was not informed about an extra charge. Upon checking out, I discovered a fee for those extra minutes, which I found quite irritating. This lack of transparency soured my experience.
